BoPSAT’s 'Fun Sail' days are designed for children aged 9 to 12 years and operate from the Tauranga Yacht and Power Boat Club building at Kulim Park, Tauranga. They start at the beginning of Term 4 and run to the end of Term 1.

	We agree to the use of photograph(s) and other relevant information in any Event Publicity and in any BoPSAT or Yachting New Zealand (YNZ) promotion. Minimum Safety Requirements
	All participants must wear an approved buoyancy aid at all times while on or near the water. These will be supplied to children using the BoPSAT's boats. All participants must be able to swim, if going on the water. As a general guide, for the purposes of 'Go Sailing Days', BoPSAT considers that being able to swim 50 metres in light clothing while wearing a buoyancy aid is a suitable test of a persons swimming ability.
